Aaron has created movement for music videos, live performances, advertising campaigns, and fashion magazine editorials worldwide.  H&M enlisted Aaron to choreograph in 5 different countries for their World Recycle Week campaign featuring M.I.A.  His talents working in the fashion industry led to creating a visual dance party in Paris for Vogue magazine and directing movement for Kristen Stewart in Daniel Askill's Chanel advert.  Aaron has also worked with fashion heavy hitters such as, Hermès, Lacoste, Calvin Klein, Paul Smith & Issey Miyake.

He developed an immersive live choreographed workout with Nike & their Master Trainers in 2016, launching at Milan Design Week before touring to Amsterdam & Berlin.  As Creative Director for Nike's 'Unlimited You' London event in 2016, he collaborated with Hot Chip, the Heritage Orchestra, UVA, CYAN, Barry's Bootcamp & KOBOX to create a 3 day immersive fitness experience, which garnered rave reviews from the press.  Other Nike projects include the Nowness 'Nike Women x Pedro Lourenço' & the 'Nike x Sacai' live London launch event, co-choreographed with Ryan Heffington.

In 2016, Aaron's work on FKA TWIGS "M3LL155X" video earned him a MTV VMA nomination for Best Choreography alongside co-choreographers Benjamin Milan & Kenrick Sandy. He has collaborated with Twigs on numerous videos, including "Two Weeks," "Pendulum," "Tw-ache" and "Wet Wipez: In the Zone." Aaron choreographed Twigs' "Soundtrack 7" film and installation at the Manchester International Festival alongside co-choreographers Gianna Gi, Kaner Flex and Ukweli Roach. He also choreographed twigs' television appearances on The Brits Are Coming and the MOBO Awards, her Glastonbury, Mac @ London Fashion Week, FYF stage shows & the London/New York touring production 'Congregata'. 

Aaron has made choreographies for other artists such as Laura Mvula, Years & Years, Jungle, Kylie Minogue, George Michael, Sir Paul McCartney, The Last Shadow Puppets and Zayn Malik.

Aaron movement coaches privately,  working with a client list including musicians, actors, dancers & developing creatives.  These sessions are individually tailored to develop the client's movement skills, creative progress & multi-faceted 'stage' craft.

He also co-runs a young talent representation agency with his Sister, called Sillis Movement.

Aaron was a contemporary dance soloist before he began his career as a choreographer.  He also worked as a background dancer for many of the world’s leading music artists.

Evening Standard included Aaron in "The Progress 1000:London's Most Influential People" list in 2015 & 2016.  He also won the Times/Southbank Breakthrough Award in 2012.  Aaron currently resides in London.
